This agency can be located anywhere in the U.S. Adoption by Shepherd Care will coordinate with your primary agency to conduct your international home study according to the laws and guidelines of the State of Florida, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the country from which you are seeking to adopt.
